Torrenova proposes three different lines for the automatic packaging of the mattresses:
The model “IM 50” is a film packaging machine, which allows to process up to 80 mattresses/hour. The mattress is completely wound in a polyethylene film, which thanks to special laser control devices, adheres perfectly to the mattress, creating a “thermo-shrinking” effect.
The model “IP 50” is an automatic press, which allows to vacuum pack until 80 mattresses/hour in the version of only one roller, while in the version with double roller, it is possible to pack until 150 mattresses/hour . the mattress after its packaging is practically a roll (ø 350 mm.) which, at the delivery of the roller, can be inserted automatically in different packages, even personalized for the customer, which can be plastic bags, bags with handles and zip, cartons, etc.
The “IMP 50” offers the possibility to carry out all the above said process, i.e. the automatic film packaging up to 80 mattresses/hour as the model “IM 50” or in alternative the vacuum pressing of
80/150 mattresses/hour, as the model “IP 50”. This machine, which combines the technology of the model “IM 50” and of the model “IP 50”, is suitable for those customers, who wish just to pack the mattresses with a film as well as vacuum pressing and rolling up.
